  • The name or identifier of an app, where the operating system permits access and you have granted the necessary permission.

Where required by applicable law or platform policy, account deletion must be available through an appropriate in-app process. If accounts can be created through Bloop’s website, we will also provide a suitable deletion-request method for those accounts where required.

When we receive a valid deletion request, we will:

  • Verify the request where reasonably necessary.
  • Delete or anonymise personal information that we are not required or permitted to retain.
  • Retain only information necessary for legitimate legal, security, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
  • Explain any applicable limitations if we cannot immediately delete certain information.
  • Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove information from backups, but retained backup data will be protected and removed according to our retention schedule.
  • Deleting your Bloop account may result in the loss of tasks, focus history, achievements, and other associated data.

Deleting your Bloop account does not necessarily cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. You must manage or cancel subscriptions through the relevant store if applicable.

11. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

Depending on our implementation, these measures may include access controls, secure authentication, encryption in transit, restricted administrative access, and appropriate security monitoring.
